Our call centre is located in Armenia (ex USSR) in Europe, a very stable country based on a real democraty. The benefit of our implementation in Armenia is also due to the fact that Armenia gets the higher level of education in the world; Its is very common to find people speaking more than six foreign languages + five neighbourgs languages as native speakers (turkish, Russian, Georgian, azerbadjian, Persian).

People in Armenia start to learns foreign language from kinder garden until University. Armenian people are famous for their high quality and capacity to work even under pressure. Armenian people are reputated to be very quiet and peacefull people and excellent work force (flexible, customers service orientated, every time polite) that's the reason why they are often named "the Japonese of Europe".

Many of our employees get a MBA level and have maid their studies and have lived abroad for many years. We also can recrute very specific profile for unique needs (veterinary, doctors, accountant, engineers,..).

Our call centre (1000 m²)  is five years old and very modern with the latest technology and equipment (software, hardware). We are located in the Mergelian Institute Technology center (first PC created for ex USSR, Space and high technology industrial Estate)  and we are linked to the "Continental European backbone Cable" The quality of communication is equivalent to yours. We also get "3 Tera Octets  upload and download" Internet capacity. It is 3 times more than necessary to manage every pic of activity. We have two cables for communication through two different providers.
